Customer Experience Manager
This position manages the customer experience team responsible for providing support to distributors, the sales team, and general business operations; evolves assigned business processes; and manages the staffing of the customer service 800 line.
The ideal candidate will possess a bachelor’s degree in finance, business administration, or computer science; five to seven years of customer service and call center experience; and two to three years of call center supervisory experience.

This position plans, schedules, and follows through with video and telephone conference calls; creates and distributes reports and presentations; compiles marketing materials for the sales teams; and sets up and maintains administrative systems and procedures.
The ideal candidate will possess a college degree in business, three years of prior administrative experience, knowledge of sales, effective communication skills, and the ability to work independently and efficiently.
