Workday Solutions Consultant
This position identifies tech solutions for HR systems with a primary focus on Workday; drives technology strategy and road-mapping to drive HR outcomes; and creates and manages the Workday capability blueprint for one or more lines of business and its product owners.
The ideal candidate will possess a bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of training and experience; and a minimum of five to 10 years of technical experience, including a minimum of three years of Workday experience across all modules within the Workday full product suite.

Manager – Development Lead
This position works with product leaders and resource/department managers to ensure that adequate development resources are in place; develops, mentors, and trains staff as necessary; and monitors completion of each staff member’s deliverables while ensuring the viability of IT deliverables.
The ideal candidate will possess a bachelor’s degree and three years of experience in a technical specialty, as well as three years of developer experience; and experience with talent management and evaluation.

Senior Manager – Finance Risk
This position helps the global finance organization to manage risk to the overall enterprise, funds, and investors; maintains primary relationships with divisional leadership and risk partners; and works as a key part of the leadership team, building and evolving the Finance Risk function.
The ideal candidate will possess a graduate degree and a minimum of eight years of progressively responsible business or risk management-related experience; a minimum of two years of related management experience; and excellent relationship management and communication skills.
