Senior Agile Coach

This position develops an approach to Agile methodology designed to drive impact and deliver results across the enterprise; drives the Agile adoption strategy and rollout of strategic execution plans; and develops coaching methods to guide teams in using and sharing data to improve outcomes.

The ideal candidate will possess a graduate degree in an IT-related discipline and eight to 10 years of Agile experience; a minimum of four years of experience as an agile coach and practitioner; and hands-on experience as a Scrum Master leading complex multiple technology programs and projects.

Payroll Specialist

This position manages and supports the compilation of all relevant data provided through various sources using Excel, Access, and Enterprise Interface Builder tools; manages and administers all base pay; and researches, analyzes, and resolves complex payroll-related issues.

The ideal candidate will possess a bachelor’s degree and two years of general business experience; prior payroll and/or benefits-related experience; knowledge of all applicable government rules and regulations; and basic knowledge of payroll program compliance and reporting requirements.

Model Portfolios Senior Product Manager

This position guides the model portfolios product strategies to continuously improve the company’s models lineup; oversees support of the key messaging and communication about models; and facilitates internal training and communications, including training on launches and changes to portfolios.

The ideal candidate will possess a graduate degree and a minimum of eight years of related business experience; CPA licensure; product management and model portfolios experience; and FINRA Series 7 & 63 or the ability to obtain such within an appropriate amount of time.
