Planning Manager

This position manages the planning system to ensure customer service levels, capacity utilization, and budgeted inventory levels. He/she monitors schedules for on-time completion, sterilization, and shipment. The person coordinates with buyers and planners to effectively procure raw materials. He/she conducts weekly production meetings, reviewing orders for shortages and timeliness with manufacturing.

The ideal candidate will possess a bachelor’s degree in business, five years of experience in an industrial environment, and two years of experience in planning. He/she will have a high level of analytical and creative problem-solving skills to balance manufacturing requirements, customer service, and inventory levels. The person will have expert knowledge of forecasting, planning, master scheduling, manufacturing, inventory, and performance measurement systems.

Marketing Intern

This position researches competitors to obtain information for projects and reference charts. He/she designs, constructs, and updates product-tracking databases. The person manages in-house inventory of literature and marketing products, and prepares products and literature for transmission to the sales field.

The ideal candidate will currently be pursuing a bachelor’s degree in a business or life sciences program, though marketing majors are preferred. He/she will have effective communication skills and the ability to work with cross-functional and multi-disciplined teams. The person must be proficient with PC-based systems, Microsoft Office, and Internet Explorer.
