This position will promote a customer-focused approach to growth by creating an atmosphere of enthusiastic personalized customer service. He/she will resolve customer-relations issues, and provide leadership to create and maintain positive public relations and involvement with the community. The person is responsible for the profitability of the total store.

The ideal candidate will preferably have Department Manager experience and a college degree. Good management, leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills are required. The person will have the ability to work varying shifts and days of the week. He/she must be able to interpret profit and loss statements.

Assistant Store Director I (Paoli)

This position will promote a customer-focused approach to growth by creating an atmosphere of enthusiastic, personalized customer service. He/she trains and supervises all Department Managers (except Pharmacy & Service Operations) and other store associates in all store activities, policies, and procedures. The person will also interview and select individuals to fill grocery/drug jobs.

The ideal candidate will preferably have Department Manager experience and a college degree. Good management, leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills are required. He/she must be able to implement emergency procedures in the event of equipment and computer software malfunctions. The person will have the ability to work varying shifts and days of the week.
