Executive Assistant

This position provides the highest level of administrative support to members of the Global Leadership Team. He/she organizes and schedules meetings, company events, and customer site visits. The person acts as a point person for customer facing meetings and related inquiries.

The ideal candidate will possess an associate’s degree in business or equivalent years of work experience. He/she must have a minimum of three years of administrative experience supporting executive-level management. The person must have outstanding communication skills, professionalism, and confidentiality.

Marketing & Sales Coordinator

This position provides ongoing support for business activities and coordinates between Sales, Marketing, Product Management, and other general functions within the Therapeutic Area’s Vertical organization. He/she gathers information and provides requisite documentation, while supporting business management on optimizing the total business. The person develops and implements marketing communication plans within the Vertical, as it applies to product management and product portfolio management.

The ideal candidate will possess a bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in business administration. Knowledge of industry markets and of products or applications is preferred. He/she will preferably also have experience in commercial positions.

Innovation Project Manager

This position is responsible for the integrated management of projects, from feasibility through launch, and develops partnerships with internal and external stakeholders. He/she creates and maintains the project plan and ensures that project objectives and milestones are met within time and budget constraints and with appropriate quality.

The ideal candidate will have a degree in technology, business, or project management. He/she will have a minimum of four years of knowledge and experience managing multi-disciplinary projects to successful business outcomes. The person will also have a minimum of four years of experience working with, coordinating, or facilitating other relevant disciplines in the context of project work.
