HVAC Residential Service Tech

This position services, repairs, and/or proposes replacement of air conditioners, furnaces, and more; services and starts equipment according to manufacturers and job specification; and troubleshoots, adapts, and resolves all issues that keep equipment from functioning properly.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent customer service skills; good working knowledge of company products and services; the ability to read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and specifications; and effective communication skills.

Parts Runner and Warehouse Coordinator

This position ensures that all jobs scheduled for the next day have all material and equipment pulled; runs materials and supplies to job sites as needed; checks and puts away stock orders, including loading and unloading vans; and maintains the shop and yard in a clean and orderly fashion.

The ideal candidate will possess knowledge of construction in general, including Western Heating and Air Conditioning; knowledge of Excel, Word, Outlook, and smart phones; and good communication and customer service skills.

Comfort Advisor

This position develops profitable sales and acquires customers through the company’s established sales and marketing program; makes recommendations to customers that help resolve their wants and needs; and develops self-generated leads through networking, data mining, and referral generation.

The ideal candidate will possess superior interpersonal and customer service skills; knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Outlook, and Word; knowledge of various municipalities’ plan and permit requirements; and the ability to understand client needs.
