Behavioral Program Manager
Melmark, in Berwyn, is looking for a Behavioral Program Manager who will ensure the highest level of care, service and engagement for the residents of the home.
Once hired, the Behavioral Program Manager will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating active treatment, programming and administrative operations of the home, supervising all employees in assigned locations and ensuring compliance with all regulatory requirements and Melmark quality standards.
The qualified applicant must have a Bachelor’s Degree in Human Services or a related field, and a minimum of 2 years experience working directly with persons with intellectual disabilities. Proficiency in the use of Windows Operating Systems and Microsoft Office is required.

Executive Director of Healthcare
Melmark, in Berwyn, is seeking an Executive Director of Healthcare who will collaborate with consulting physicians, all members of Melmark’s leadership and executive teams, and familie to support children and adults with a wide variety of intellectual disabilities, in both the campus and community settings. Many of the individuals served have significant behavioral needs, and the successful candidate must have both a willingness and appreciation for working in an environment with a commitment to Applied Behavior Analysis.
An MSN is preferred, however candidates with BSN’s and extensive leadership experience will also be considered. A minimum of five years of experience in Nursing Leadership, and a commitment to evidence based medicine is a must.

Behavioral Analyst Masters
Melmark, in Berwyn, is seeking a Behavior Analyst who is responsible for the development of clinical and educational programming within the classrooms they supervise. The Behavioral Analyst will conduct individual behavioral assessments and develop students’ behavior support plans, oversee the implementation of the students’ behavior support plan, data collection and frequent data review.
The qualified applicant must have a Master’s Degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Clinical Psychology or a closely related field, and a minimum of three years teaching and supervising experience in a special education setting is required. Experience with the principles and application of Applied Behavior Analysis required.
