Product Marketing Manager of Hosted Communications

This position is responsible for the marketing activities for the company’s IP Phone system, unified communications, call center, and related communications products. He/she will provide the market and competitive knowledge around these products, craft the messaging and positioning for the services, and conceive and develop innovative marketing programs that drive their demand. Other responsibilities include market research, competitive analysis, and developing and updating user personas.

The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor’s Degree, and have three to five years of experience in product marketing, demand generation, marketing communications. He/she must have creative thinking capabilities and an interest/desire to learn and adopt new marketing strategies and tactics. Client Technology Advisor

The position will develop, maintain, and grow the relationships with the company’s client base. This is accomplished by establishing productive, professional relationships with key personnel on assigned accounts, understanding those customer’s technological needs, and identifying ways that products and services can satisfy those needs. The person will serve as the customer’s advocate within the company, coordinating the involvement of company personnel in all Functional Areas in order to meet our performance objectives and the customer’s expectations.

The ideal candidate will possess a college degree or the equivalent experience. He/she must have the desire to work in a fast-paced environment within the technology sector. Strong interpersonal communication skills, as well as the ability to work directly with internal staff and customers in a professional, consultative manner is required.

Project Manager

The position is responsible for coordinating and leading implementations of product sets while working closely with customer contacts, third-party vendors, internal sales, engineering, and support staff. He/she will serve as the principal figure for all internal and external resources on customer deployments. The person will coordinate all communication and workflow surrounding customer installations, both internal and external.

The ideal candidate will possess a college degree, and have three to five years of experience in the Project Management field, including Pre/Post sale customer interaction skills. He/she must have the ability to prioritize work to ensure that all time frames are met, and the ability to coordinate simultaneous projects from inception until completion. General understanding of Cloud Computing and Telecommunications concepts, equipment, and vendors is required.
