Production Manager

This position ensures plant safety by ensuring compliance to site, corporate, local, state, and federal safety guidelines and rules, meets all departmental and business goals and objectives, and manages the fabrication of products in a job shop environment.

The ideal candidate will possess a bachelor’s degree in engineering, material science, or metallurgy, five to ten years of experience in a manufacturing environment, and prior supervision experience.

Process Engineer

This position develops material and processing parameters to achieve desired end-product properties and attributes based on customer specifications, and drives data-based product capability assessments and process improvements.

The ideal candidate will possess a bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering or a related field, two to five years of experience in a manufacturing environment, and knowledge of metal forming processes associated with the manufacturing of tube, wire, and sheet product.

Electrical Mechanic

This position analyzes drawings and wiring diagrams to locate and install circuits and equipment to determine material or replacement needs, and reassembles, tests, and adjusts equipment for safe and proper operation.

The ideal candidate will possess experience working with all kinds of electrical circuits and equipment, hot lines, connections, and more.

Sales Coordinator

This position acts as a liaison between internal departments and customers to facilitate working relationships and ensure that customer needs are understood and communicated, enters and verifies purchase orders, and coordinates resolution of customer complaints.

The ideal candidate will possess a bachelor’s degree in business or an associate degree with three to five years of previous customer service or inside sales experience in a manufacturing environment, and medical industry experience.
