Customer Service Representative/Dispatcher

This position calls customers to coordinate scheduling and confirm maintenance appointments; grows, monitors, and maintains maintenance programs; receives, records, and maintains sales lead information; and ensures the accurate entry of customer information.

The ideal candidate will possess knowledge of HVAC work and the company’s products and services; knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel and the use of smart phones, e-mail, and text messaging; superior interpersonal and communication skills.

HVAC Residential Service Tech

This position services, repairs, and proposes replacement of HVAC products; troubleshoots, adapts, and resolves all issues that prevent the installed equipment from functioning properly; and performs required documentation for each call, including having clients sign necessary paperwork.

The ideal candidate will possess working knowledge of the company’s products; the ability to read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and other specifications; and superior customer service, interpersonal, communication, and time management skills.
