Account Manager

ValleyCrest, one of the largest landscape service providers in the country, is looking for an Account Manager in their Exton offce.

In June 2014, Brickman and ValleyCrest merged creating a new company with a nationwide presence, a combined $2 billion in revenue and over 22,000 employees. The Account Manager will conduct client meetings and site walk-through’s, present opportunities for enhancements, ensure landscape maintenance operations, meet quality and safety standards.  The optimal candidate will develop a sense of pride from your focus on sales, customer care and relationship-building.

The qualified applicant must have at least an associate’s degree or higher in a business field or equivalent work experience, at least 5 years of relevant field or account management experience, and be able to deliver on-point customer solutions. Familiarity with maintenance estimating and pricing skills is required as is a sales focus and an adaptable nature in an ever changing environment.  Prior experience in commercial and residential industry and local market is preferred.

Human Resources Generalist

ModSpace, a full line designer and manufacturer of  temporary and permanent modular buildings and storage containers based in Berwyn, is looking for a Human Resources Generalist.

ModSpace seeks a positive HR professional to support our team across North America in areas ranging from recruitment and training to employee relations and performance management. This front line role is a critical support provider in creating successful relationships between our employees and ModSpace business needs by facilitating outcomes and fit across a variety of functions and levels of our business.

The qualified applicant will be responsible for researching attractive candidate pools and sources, screening prospective candidates, and interviewing/evaluating candidates. Other HR professional duties include, refining materials, identifying gaps, facilitating information gathering across business experts/functions, and championing best practices for delivery mechanisms of training.

The optimal candidate must have at least a bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field and have experience in a decentralized organization (multiple locations and business units).  Experience and comfort using technology to conduct business with a remote client group is a definite plus.

System Health/Maintenance Rule Engineer

Exelon, in Kennett Square, is looking for a full-time Maintenance Rule Engineer.

The System Health Engineer will be responsible for performing advanced engineering and technical tasks in support of nuclear plant operations. The optimal candidate will also perform independent research, reviews, studies/ analyses in support of technical projects, provide in-depth technical expertise to develop, manage and implement engineering activities related to plant safety, reliability, maintainability, and availability ensuring compliance to customer’s needs, regulatory requirements, and corporate policies. He/she will be accountable for the accuracy, completeness, and timeliness of work ensuring proper configuration management and assuring that standard design criteria, practices and codes are used in preparation of plans and specifications.

The ideal candidate must have a B.S. degree in Engineering or a science related degree. Typically, a minimum of 10 years of engineering experience and exceptional performance is required. The person applying for this position must have a professional engineering registration, advanced technical degree or coursework.
