Senior Project Manager

This position fosters strong relationships and proactively collaborates with clients and AFS business analysis and technology leaders; manages budget, schedule, and scope for assigned projects; and provides mentoring, guidance, and support to teams on project processes.

The ideal candidate will possess a bachelor’s degree or equivalent; experience managing project teams of more than 25 people operating within a matrix organization; and a minimum of 10 years of project management experience guiding medium to large-sized application projects.

Testing/QA Analyst

This position builds and implements manual test case scenarios to ensure the quality and functionality of code of applications; designs new test cases or makes modifications to existing test cases based on functionality introduced to the system; and documents results and communicates to appropriate staff.

The ideal candidate will possess a bachelor’s degree or computer systems certification; a minimum of three years of experience in program testing or quality assurance; a good understanding of programming languages and testing tools; and strong troubleshooting skills.

Java Developer

This position designs, develops, and fixes defects on client or base products; reviews requirements for accuracy and feasibility; assists with technical analysis, requirements gathering, and interface designing; and performs peer code reviews and peer design reviews to ensure product quality.

The ideal candidate will possess a bachelor’s degree in computer science, software engineering, or a similar discipline; a minimum of three years of Java programming experience; and experience with JEE Stacks, Database Modeling, Deployment and Tuning, and testing Frameworks.
