Although Avondale Natural Foods only opened at the end of January at 122 Pennsylvania Ave., the store’s home-baked bread, cafe and juice bar are already attracting a local following, Philly.com reports.
The store has organic foods and health and beauty products, and bread baked by Ilon Silverman. Its comfortable cafe has a simple breakfast and lunch menu that includes organic coffee, smoothies, and panini sandwiches.
