Last week the President made headlines when he urged the Chairman of the FCC to adopt strict rules to preserve Net Neutrality in the US. Current rules prevent most forms of collusion between Internet Service Providers and content providers such as NetFlix. These rules prevent companies from paying to prioritize their content as it is transmitted to users.
