Bringing Your Best Self to Work: CCRES Supports Work-Life Balance

CCRES staff enjoy a flexible work-life balance as they develop their career.

At CCRES, building a career is only part of the story.

Just as important is creating an environment where employees feel supported both professionally and personally.

Staff describe a workplace that recognizes the realities of life outside of work, offering flexibility and understanding for those balancing careers with family responsibilities.

That people-first mindset helps create a culture where employees can succeed without sacrificing what matters most. As one team member shared, “CCRES gives you a leniency. They understand you have a family at home. They understand that it’s more than just working.”

That approach extends into how careers are developed within the organization. Growth at CCRES happens naturally, supported by a culture rooted in kindness, respect, and encouragement.

Employees are given the space to learn, advance, and find their place within the organization, all while contributing to meaningful work in schools and communities. It is this balance of purpose and support that continues to make CCRES a place where people choose to stay and grow.

CCRES is a dynamic and responsive nonprofit organization dedicated to providing high-quality educational and behavioral health support services to school districts, intermediate units, and community organizations.

They have a team of more than 1,600 specialized professionals, including personal care assistants, paraprofessionals, registered behavior technicians, behavioral health technicians, behavior analysts, mobile therapists, educational consultants, and more.
