A litter of adorable blue heeler puppies will soon be available for adoption at Avondale’s Lucky Dawg Animal Rescue, reports staff for 6abc Action News.
The rescue is currently housing the litter of nine puppies, who arrived from the South with their mother. The litter includes seven girls and two boys.
The pups are just six weeks old, and each is named after an animal advocate. One puppy, Cecily, is named after 6abc meteorologist and animal lover Cecily Tynan.
Blue heelers are intelligent, friendly cattle dogs perfect for any household. Their energy and playfulness make them ideal pets for both families and individual adopters.
