Licensed Practical Nurse – Part Time
This position will provide prescribed medical treatment and personal care services to ill, injured, convalescent, and disabled persons to ensure that the patient’s needs are met on a 24-hour basis. Duties include daily charting, monthly summaries, comprehensive notes, and other documentation. Other requirements include dressing wounds, applying compresses, preparing or examining food trays, administering specified medication, reviewing physician’s orders, and providing direct patient care.
The ideal candidate must have a High School Diploma or GED, an LPN license, current CPR certification, and at least six months of job-related experience. Candidates also need experience required by State Nursing Board and the ability to maintain confidential information. Knowledge related to geriatric nursing and Pennsylvania state regulations is preferred.

Youth Center Officer – Part Time
This position is responsible for providing direct supervision to the Shelter and Detention residents and maintaining the safety and security of the building and parking lots. Duties include supervision, structure, and control of the residents throughout their daily activities, counseling and mentoring, monitoring security cameras, and reporting irregularities.
The ideal candidate must have an associate’s degree, and a bachelor’s degree is preferred. Candidates should have at least one year of experience working in human services, be Safe Crisis Management certified, and the ability to work extended hours handling and resolving recurring problems.

Intellectual Disability Supports Coordinator
This position will facilitate, coordinate, and monitor services for individuals with intellectual disabilities. Duties include assessing client needs and developing proposed service plans, monitoring client programs, having weekly supervisor conferences on specific cases, and closing cases no longer necessitating support coordination services. Other duties include maintaining records, correspondence, and service plans, and attending necessary staff conferences.
The ideal candidate will have a bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university in Social Science or related field, at least two years of experience in the human services field, and experience with individuals who have developmental disabilities. Candidates should have basic medical and psychiatric knowledge, proficiency in mediation, as well as knowledge about regulations and systems in this field.
