Chester County is home to some of the best workplaces in the greater Philadelphia region, writes staff for the Philadelphia Business Journal.
Each year, the Philadelphia Business Journal collaborates with Quantum Workplace to determine the best places to work in the region by sending surveys to the employees of nominated workplaces. Survey questions evaluate the company’s culture as well as employee compensation, benefits, and trust in senior leadership.
Here are five of the best workplaces in Chester County according to worker responses.
First Resource Bank—Exton. A community bank with additional locations in West Chester and Wayne, First Resource Bank ranked as one of the region’s best medium-sized employers.
Greencastle Consulting—Malvern. Ranked as a top medium-sized employer, Greencastle Consulting offers consulting services across various industries and financial needs.
Haverford Systems—Downingtown. One of the region’s best medium-sized employers, Haverford Systems provides a variety of audio-visual services, including restaurant background music and displays, corporate “Zoom rooms,” and live streaming technology installation.
Green Lawn Fertilizing/Green Pest Solutions—West Chester. Ranked as a premier large employer, Green Lawn provides lawn, tree, and pest control solutions to residents across Pennsylvania, New Jersey, and Delaware.
Alera Group—Berwyn. A top large employer, Alera Group provides a range of wealth management services and planning for individuals, families, and businesses.
