The Philadelphia Business Journal has released its lineup of the 80 companies who made its annual Best Places to Work list. In the “medium-sized” category of companies, four from Chester County were chosen, writes Lara Schwartz for the publication.
PBJ partners with Quantum Workplace to determine the top employers in Greater Philadelphia. Businesses are chosen based on surveys sent to workers at nominated companies, which contain questions related to benefits, compensation, leadership, and more.
The list is divided into five categories depending on size, including micro, small, medium, large, and extra-large based on number of employees.
Here are the top employers, listed alphabetically.
- C&J Automotive and Tire in Berwyn, automotive services.
- First Resource Bank in Exton, state-chartered banking corporation.
- Greencastle Associates Consulting in Malvern, business management consultant.
- Haverford Systems Inc. in Downingtown, audio visual integration.
On July 23, PBJ will reveal the top three highest-ranked companies in each category at a Stateside Live! event.
