Every year brings a new wave of game-changers across Chester County, and VISTA Today wants to shine a light on them.
The next search for rising professionals under 40 who are setting the pace in business and community leadership across the county is underway, as VISTA Today is now accepting nominations for the seventh annual VISTA NextGen Superstars.
Recognition matters. It motivates, validates, and opens doors, both for the nominee and the organizations that support them. Whether it’s launching a new nonprofit initiative, leading positive change in corporate culture, or driving breakthrough innovation, these next-generation leaders deserve to be seen and celebrated.
VISTA Today is looking for individuals who demonstrate clear impact in their workplace or industry, show dedicated community engagement or civic leadership, and embody forward-thinking values and a collaborative spirit.
To qualify, nominees must:
- Live or work in Chester County (or attend a Chester County-based college)
- Be 39 years old or younger as of April 30, 2026
- Have achieved notable success in their profession or trade
- Be actively engaged in efforts that enhance Chester County’s quality of life
- And, most importantly, be an awesome person
Nominations will be accepted through Jan. 23. You can nominate an employee, colleague, client, friend, or even yourself!
Honorees will be announced starting Feb. 10, with individual profiles featured on VISTA Today beginning March 2.
VISTA NextGen Superstars culminates with the Awards Reception & Celebration on Thursday, April 30 at the Penn State Great Valley Conference Center.
As in past years, a portion of event proceeds will support a local nonprofit. This year’s beneficiary is the Chester County OIC, a Coatesville-based organization dedicated to advancing education and workforce development across the region. The OIC provides adult education, job-readiness, and re-entry programs that equip individuals with the skills and confidence to achieve long-term success.
