It’s also partnering with Penn State Great Valley on a series of upcoming events.
VISTA NextGen Superstars will recognize 40 young professionals in Chester County under the age of 40.
These individuals were selected from hundreds of nominations and are being recognized for their remarkable work in their profession or community.

About the Arc
The Arc of Chester County has been a dedicated advocate for individuals with disabilities and their families since 1952.
Its primary mission is to advocate, educate and provide services to empower individuals with disabilities to enhance the quality of their lives.
The Arc runs a preschool, provides home services, community support and employment opportunities.
The Arc successfully completed a 3-year 70th Anniversary Campaign in 2023-24 that raised $1,659,855 for improvements to its West Chester facility, including adding a new inclusive playground.
It currently serves 3,000 individuals and families annually.
It was created seven decades by a small group of parents in West Chester who were looking for educational opportunities for their children with intellectual and developmental disabilities.
“Over the decades, thanks to the determined voices and actions of many by way of countless letters, meetings, marches, and pushing for groundbreaking legislation, The Arc of Chester County has become a formidable force behind ensuring the rights and entitlements of individuals with disabilities and their families are respected and protected,” reads a statement on its website.
