Chesterbrook has come out on top as the best suburb to live in 2025 if you want to escape the city, writes Kristine Villarroel for Business Insider.
Niche ranked the best suburbs based on a variety of factors, including cost of living, crime rates, employment rates, access to bars and restaurants, commute times, and ethnic diversity.
With a population of 5,439, a median home value of $432,200, and a median household income of $140,972, Chesterbrook ranked first.
It was also recognized as the best place to raise a family and the third-best place in the nation to live.
Residents of the Chester County town with a tight-knit suburban feel enjoy its many parks, coffee shops, and eateries. The area’s public schools are highly rated, with Chesterbrook placing No. 13 in Niche’s ranking of the best public schools nationwide.
“The area is very convenient as it is close to freeways, shops, and jobs,” wrote one resident on Niche. “The mall is only a ten-minute drive away, and corporate offices are spread out. The area is clean and surrounded by natural and lush greenery.”
