Devon is among the four Chester County zip codes that are the most expensive in Pennsylvania, according to Zillow data, all ranking in the top 20.

Two Chester County towns are considered some of the best places to live in America. The website Niche looked at several factors including location, school quality, crime rates, employment, and housing to determine the rankings.  

Devon ranked No. 9 for its highly rated public schools, housing, and being a good place to raise a family. Most residents own their homes and enjoy the rural environment of the town. Access to restaurants, coffee shops, and parks is also a factor in its high ranking. The median household income is $197,820.  

Chesterbrook earned its accolades as the No. 1 best place to live in America. This dense suburban area is ranked highly for its high homeownership rates, proximity to restaurants, bars, and coffee shops, and highly rated public schools.  

The median household income is $126,687 and has highly-rated employers including AmerisourceBergen.
