Here are four rooftop bars and restaurants in Chester County perfect for when the weather warms up this spring.
Bistro on Bridge—Phoenixville. A community staple, Bistro on Bridge offers views of downtown and happy hour drinks, including buck-a-shuck oysters available weekdays from 4 to 6 PM. The bar also features shuffleboard and retro arcade games, with fans available outdoors during summer months.
East Branch Brewing Company—Downingtown. East Branch’s outdoor patio offers views of the East Branch Brandywine Creek and historic Downingtown. The menu features draft beers in addition to entrées and shareable appetizers.
Great American Pub—Wayne. Managed by football coach Joe Carr, this spot offers classic pub-style eats and drinks with views of downtown Wayne. In addition to the full bar, the rooftop offers small plates, sandwiches, and wraps.
Más Mexicali Cantina—West Chester. As the borough’s only rooftop dining space, Más offers stunning views of the borough with two full bars across three floors. Rooftop dining is available, with menu items including burritos, enchiladas, burgers, and fajitas.
