According to a new survey, Philadelphia is one of the top three cities in Pennsylvania for business executives, writes Kamryn Scrivens for FOX 29.
MarketBeat surveyed 3,102 executives and asked them to name which U.S. cities they are most drawn to when it comes to work.
Their answers led to a ranking of the top 145 destinations for business executives, and Philadelphia ranked 23rd overall.
Philadelphia is one of three Pennsylvania cities to make the list, followed by Pittsburgh and Lancaster, which ranked 41st and 90th, respectively.
Philly’s relatively high ranking was also explained on the site, and it has a lot to do with the city’s dining scene.
“As a hub for finance, healthcare, and law, Philadelphia’s Rittenhouse Square is a go-to for business travelers. Executives enjoy craft cocktails at The Library Bar, network at The Ranstead Room, a chic speakeasy, and seal deals over a steak dinner at Barclay Prime, one of the city’s most exclusive dining spots,” the website reads.
The top city for business executives, according to the rankings, is Honolulu.
