Church Farm School has appointed Tiffany Scott, Interim Head of School for 2024-2025, to Associate Head of School, effective July 1.

In this newly created role, Scott will report to and be responsible for supporting the incoming Head of School, Dr. Troy Baker, and for guiding all internal programs that impact student experience, including academics, athletics, student life, wellness, college counseling, and auxiliary programs.

Dr. Baker will oversee all aspects of the school, with a primary focus on admissions, advancement, finance, and human resources.

As Interim Head of School, Scott has worked closely with the school’s Board of Directors, faculty and staff, and students to enhance the school’s facilities — including upgrades to 10 student dormitories — and created new partnerships to expand CFS’s experiential learning opportunities.

Scott joined the CFS community in 2014 as its first Director of College Guidance. Under her strong guidance, 100 percent of graduates attend “best fit” colleges and universities, many with significant scholarships, including nine graduates receiving full, four-year scholarships to esteemed schools through the QuestBridge National College Match. CFS alumni college persistence has also increased to nearly 90 percent, twice the national average for young men of color.

“We are excited for Tiffany’s new role at Church Farm School,” said Board Chair Vincent Napoleon. “She is a very well-respected leader, and we know that she will be a strong partner for Dr. Baker as he becomes Head of this vibrant community.”

“I am grateful for this new role at Church Farm School, which will allow me to continue to expand the great work we do every day,” said Scott.

In addition to her new role, Scott has been selected as the recipient of the 2024-2025 J. Tyler Griffin Award for Ambassadorship. She will be honored as part of CFS’s Alumni Reunion Dinner ceremonies on Saturday, May 10.
