By

Tiffany Scott, who was born in Brooklyn and raised in Queens, is the Director of College Guidance at Church Farm School.

Scott, who worked as a summer camp counselor at Cunningham Park, a 358-acre park in Queens, from the ages of 14-18, earned a bachelor’s degree in Political Science and English & Textual Studies from Syracuse University and a master’s degree in Higher Education Administration from the University of Delaware. She credits her students as having the biggest impact on her career.

“Young people are full of life and dreams, and I have the privilege of dreaming with them each and every day,” said Scott. “Their work, talents, and ingenuity make me want to be a better college counselor every day. I believe that my students can and will positively change the world. It is an honor to work for these future change-agents.”

Her proudest professional achievement was creating and implementing the Alumni Success Program at Church Farm School.

“While I love helping students gain entry into a wide variety of colleges and universities, what is most important is that they actually graduate from college,” said Scott. “The Alumni Success Program follows and supports CFS graduates for six years after graduation to ensure their college success. This program was so well received that the Oprah Winfrey Foundation provided a $100,000 grant to support this important work.”

Scott’s favorite Chester County restaurant is Ron’s Original Bar & Grille in Exton.
