South Coventry-based Rotelle Development is celebrating 35 years in business, writes Donna Rovins for The Daily Local News.
The custom-home builder kicked off its anniversary year by hosting an open house at its new 3,300-square-foot showcase home at its company’s headquarters.
Rotelle Development used the open house as a chance to thank those who have supported the company and its Rotelle Studio(e) division.
“Our 35th anniversary is a testament to the relationships we’ve built and the trust our clients have placed in us,” said Peter Rotelle, president and owner.
He added that the company is ready to grow and is already looking to increase its market share by a minimum of 25 percent over the next two years.
“We’ve refined our processes and we’re confident that we can scale effectively while maintaining the quality that our clients expect,” he said. “We’ve built a reputation over the years, and now we’re ready to expand and take on even more projects.”
In the time since its inception in 1989, the company has constructed thousands of homes in Berks, Bucks, Chester, Delaware, Lehigh, Montgomery, and Philadelphia counties.
