The property hosting Warminster’s Tesla dealership has been listed for sale at nearly $19 million, writes Ryan Mulligan for the Philadelphia Business Journal.

The site is one of seven Tesla dealerships in the region and the first in Bucks County, having opened its doors to customers earlier this year.

Owned by Drake Motor Partners PA, the property was acquired from the grocery store chain Lidl last March for $5.5 million.

Lidl purchased the property in 2017 but did not develop it. Development by Drake Motor Partners began in April last year with construction costs between $6 million and $8 million, leading to the dealership’s opening in February.

The property features a 56,651-square-foot building on over 9 acres. The sale includes a 12-year lease with Tesla, offering options for extension. The asking price translates to nearly $335 per square foot.

The Warminster dealership’s prime location is near Archbishop Wood High School and adjacent to the Warminster Plaza shopping center.
