Vibe Vault Fit in Exton, founded by Bhavna Shyamalan — who is married to director M. Night Shyamalan — and Kristine Carroll, offers a marriage between fitness and wellness in a unique way, writes Ben Silver for Main Line Today.

The fitness center opened its doors in May 2019 in the former site of the Drafting Room, and faced its greatest challenge less than a year after opening. While the owners were unsure the business would survive, it has become one of the most popular fitness centers in the area.

The primarily female-based studio provides a plethora of dance, workout, and other fitness-based classes, such as barre pump, bombay jam, vibe dance fit, and many more.

The high-energy classes are focused both on whipping their participants into shape and lifting the mind, body, and spirit by promoting a culture of self-improvement and affirmation.

“[I think] people want to come in and know that they are being noticed and that they are welcome there,” said Carroll. “And I think that’s one of the main differences [between us and] a big gym, where you can walk in and out and no one knows your name. That’s just not what we’re about. We’re about the community.”
