An average of 49 percent of residents have a post-graduate degree across the wealthiest zip codes in the Philadelphia area. Residents with post-graduate degrees have a ten percent higher median household annual income.  

Wayne’s 19087 is among the ten wealthiest zip codes that also have residents with post-graduate degrees. Forty percent of residents hold postgraduate degrees.  

Berwyn’s 19312 trails behind Wayne, with 39 percent of residents also holding higher degrees.  

In addition to being higher earners, those who have post-graduate degrees also live in more expensive homes. The average home value among the top 10 wealthiest zip codes is $730,780.
