The report used to rank the towns is based on data from an analysis supplied by the U.S. Census. Pennsbury Township in Chester County came in at number two on the list. The median rent is $3,113 with a population of 370 living in rentals.
Next on the list in third place is Upper Uwchlan Township, with a median rent of $2,667 and a population of 547 people living in rentals.
East Bradford Township ranked in sixth place, with a median rent of $2,573 and a population of 275 people living in rentals.
