Berwyn will see new luxury housing adjacent to the Swedesford Plaza this October, writes Holly Herman for The Patch.

Ember at Berwyn spans 308,000 square feet and offers 250 units with an abundance of amenities for residents to enjoy. It has recently begun pre-leasing apartments.  

The complex provides direct access to the Chester Valley Trail, but tenants do not have to leave their homes in order to enjoy greenery. Ember at Berwyn offers lush outdoor courtyards, replete with BBQ grills, fire pits, an outdoor kitchen, along with a pool and sun deck.  

In addition, residents can work, run errands, exercise and socialize all in one spot. The complex has a business center equipped with private conference rooms, a 24-hour fitness center, yoga room, pet spa, dog park, bike maintenance shop, sports storage, social lounge, billiards room, and a gated garage.  

The developer, Bozzuto, joined forces with property owner Echo Realty to create this project.
