These Chester County Towns Have the Most Expensive Homes in Pennsylvania

Some of the most expensive homes in Pennsylvania can be found in Chester County, according to a report by Stacker. Here are Chester County towns that ranked made the list.  

Exton ranked at No. 24 with a home value of $549,091 and a one-year price change of an increase of 5.2 percent.  

Kennett Square came in at No. 23 with a typical home value of $561,068 and a one-year price change of an increase of 5.6 percent.

Next, Paoli ranked at No. 21 with a home value of $563,145 with a one-year price change of an increase of 5.5 percent. West Chester ranked at No. 20 with a home value of $584,665 and a one-year price change of an increase of 6.9 percent.  

Glenmoore ranked at No. 19 with an average home price of $605,582. Chester Springs ranks at No. 10 with an average home value of $677,759. Malvern ranked at No. 7 with an average home value of $702,032. Berwyn ranked at No. 4 with an average home price of $844,063.  

Finally, Devon ranked No. 1 with an average home value of $867,332 with a one-year price change of an increase of 7.7 percent.
