Uptown! Knauer Performing Arts Center is recognized as a destination for a wide variety of tribute bands and June will be no exception.

The previously sold-out Sail On: The Beach Boys Tribute will make a return appearance to the Uptown Mainstage on Father’s Day, Sunday June 18th, at 7:30.

Green River – The Creedence Clearwater Revival Tribute will make their inaugural appearance on the Mainstage Saturday, June 24th at 7:30.

“Our audiences are loyal followers of the bands they grew up listening to, and they tell us they are now sharing their music with their kids, or sometimes their grandkids,” said Debra Danese, Uptown Program Director.

“Kids camps and classes start here in June, but we have filled the evenings with music and movies for families and grown-up nights’ out.”

She added, “We’re also excited to share that we’re planning to expand our music programming and will be announcing a new artist series next month, featuring original artists, singer-songwriters across all musical styles, artists making their first-time appearance here, and more. We want audiences to say, ‘I saw them first at Uptown!'”

Tickets to Sail On; The Beach Boys Tribute are $35-$45 in advance. Tickets to The Creedence Clearwater Revival Tribute are $40 in advance.
