Samantha Jackson, a Chester County native who lived in North Carolina’s Outer Banks for the majority of her childhood, is the President of EZ Pizzi Cleaning, an Exton-based company that provides residential cleaning services.

“I wear many hats on a daily basis, and no two days are ever the same,” she said. “I oversee operations that include sales, marketing, administration, customer satisfaction, and managing our teams. The most enjoyable part of my job is interacting with a variety of people and creating collaborative opportunities. I thrive on strategizing new ideas to create an environment where hard-working individuals feel appreciated and customer service is prioritized.”

Jackson, a three-sport athlete in high school, earned a bachelor’s degree in Exercise Physiology from East Carolina University. She credits Lou Oswald with having the biggest impact on her career.

“Lou has taken countless hours away from his own life and business to pour knowledge into me,” said Jackson. “As a young and very novice entrepreneur, I appreciate the risk he was willing to take to mentor me through some of the most crucial times. The foundation of the business is ever-changing but he is continuously willing to assist in my growth.”

Jackson described her proudest professional achievements.

“Since I was in high school, I always admired women who were passionate about their career,” she said. “My proudest accomplishment has to be that I set a goal of becoming an entrepreneur and followed through. Second, in June 2018, we transferred from my home garage into a commercial office with a warehouse space. This gave EZ Pizzi Cleaning an opportunity to expand to the next level. Also, over the last few years, we have established partnerships that allow EZ Pizzi Cleaning to have a positive impact within the community.”

Jackson’s favorite Chester County restaurant is Taco Maya in Exton.

Jackson and the rest of the 2023 Class of VISTA Millennial Superstars will be honored at the Awards Reception & Celebration on Thursday, May 18 at Penn State Great Valley.
