Lehigh Valley native Kyle Rheiner is the Food & Beverage Practice Leader at Arthur Hall Insurance in West Chester, where he works to create a proactive and predictable insurance experience for 160-plus breweries, distillers, and restaurants.

“I love working with creative entrepreneurs and helping them protect the ‘craft’ they care so much about,” he said.

Rheiner, who began working as a 10-year-old at an arcade, exchanging dollars for quarters, earned a bachelor’s degree in Business and Marketing from West Chester University. He credits several mentors with having a big impact on his career.

“One in particular told me to create a vision of what I wanted my life to look like at age 65, and then figure out how to get there,” said Rheiner. “Looking and planning ahead 35 years was a game-changer mentally.”

Rheiner’s proudest professional achievement was appearing on the cover of Independent Agent magazine’s November 2016 issue.

His favorite Chester County restaurant depends on his mood, but they can all be found in West Chester.

“I really enjoy Slow Hand, but I believe Side Bar has the best beer selection,” he said. “Iron Hill will always be a staple for me. Sedona has been a nice addition, but I can’t forget the coffee, smoothies, and food options at Jaco. I’ve also just added Two Birds Café to the list. Oh, and those giant Lorenzo’s Pizza slices!”

Rheiner and the rest of the 2023 Class of VISTA Millennial Superstars will be honored at the Awards Reception & Celebration on Thursday, May 18 at Penn State Great Valley.
