Brynn Schafer, a native of Schuylkill Haven who graduated from Blue Mountain High School, is a Financial Controller for AMMA Development Group, a Lancaster-based company that does business as Restore Hyper Wellness.

“I’m currently the financial controller for Restore Hyper Wellness of Southeastern Pennsylvania,” he said. “I handle the day-to-day accounting, financial reporting, and data analysis for the company. What I enjoy most is the company is very much in growth mode, so we are constantly evaluating new opportunities and locations to expand our operations.”

Schafer earned a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration and his MBA from Bloomsburg University. He credits Andy Ayers and Mike Palumbo, the co-owners of AMMA Development Group, with having the biggest impact on his career.

“I’ve been working with them for three and a half years, and they have shown an enormous amount of commitment, compassion, and loyalty to their business and all their employees,” said Schafer.

Schafer’s proudest professional achievement is being named a VISTA Millennial Superstar.

“It’s a testament to the hard work and dedication that I put into not only my company but also the Chester County community,” he said.

Schafer’s favorite Chester County restaurant is Greystone Oyster Bar in West Chester.

Schafer and the rest of the 2023 Class of VISTA Millennial Superstars will be honored at the Awards Reception & Celebration on Thursday, May 18 at Penn State Great Valley.
