IT & Help Desk Technician
This position will support users working in a multi-office enterprise infrastructure built on a Microsoft domain. Primary responsibilities include working with desktops, laptops, tablets, printers, and other IT devices running current Windows, iOS, and Android operating systems. He/she will work with servers, storage arrays, wireless access points, switches, routers, and firewalls along with Windows Server and Cisco Meraki. The person will provide proactive communications regarding task status and trouble points in order to complete assignments.
This is a customer-facing position requiring sensitivity to users of all technical levels. The person will use finely-tuned verbal and written communication skills to effectively communicate with hardware and software vendors to place orders and resolve issues. An associate degree in an IT curriculum is required.

This position performs hands-on data gathering and analysis and supports work performed by the Energy Analyst and Project Manager. He/she attends kick-off meetings, gathers and manages data needed for analysis, and performs trend analysis and financial analysis. The person will perform site visits for verifying equipment installation; startup on boilers and chillers; site surveys for energy audits; and site surveys for BEPP tune-ups.
The ideal candidate will possess a two-year technical degree in energy management or four-year technical/engineering degree. AEE certifications or other energy-related certification is preferred. He/she should have at least two years of experience in energy or a related field. Strong written and verbal communication skills are a priority.
