A new roadside taproom that occupies a former gas station has opened its doors in Parkesburg, writes Bill Rettew for The Daily Local News.  

Animated Brewing Co. Seats 35 and offers 12 taps of craft beer.

This would be the company’s second location, with its home base in Coatesville where the beer is brewed. The taproom sits in a central part of town, gaining a lot of foot traffic and visitors. The owners describe it as a “watering-hole” spot for neighbors to get together.  

The town’s mayor John Hagan stopped by on its debut day.  

“This is beautiful for our town,” he said. “The demographics are there to support craft beers.” 

Animated Brewing will soon have a food truck that serves tacos, nachos, and burritos. Furthermore, guests can get beers to go.
