Hankin Apartments, an Exton-based property management company, has been named the #1 Management Company with 10-24 communities in the entire country and Canada for the second time. This ranking comes from the SatisFacts epIQ Index’s Top Management Companies and Communities Biannual Report, which measures overall resident satisfaction.

Hankin Apartments rose from a No. 2 ranking in January of 2022, to the No. 1 spot for July 2022’s report. Renter ratings, review count, manager review engagement, and manager review reply time all contribute to the rating.  

In addition to Hankin Apartments claiming the number one spot, Meridian at Eagleview, their 55-plus community located within Eagleview Town Center, made the Top Ten Communities Nationwide out of over 200 communities.

Furthermore, Hankin Apartments had 7 additional communities place in the top 250: Claremont Apartments (No. 17), Keva Flats (No. 48), Chaddwell Apartments (No. 53), The Flats at Tioga Town Center (No. 119), New Kent Apartments (No. 164), Claremont on the Square (No. 207), and Corner Park Apartments (No. 210).
