‘Meaningful Work, Solid Benefits, Sense of Community’: Hankin Group Named One of Region’s Top Workplaces

Top Workplaces 2022 award

Hankin Group has been awarded a Top Workplaces 2022 honor by The Philadelphia Inquirer.

The list is based solely on employee feedback gathered through a third-party survey administered by Exton-based Energage LLC. It consists of large, midsize, and small companies.

The anonymous survey uniquely measures 15 culture drivers that are critical to the success of any organization, including alignment, execution, and connection.

“During this very challenging time, Top Workplaces has proven to be a beacon of light for organizations, as well as a sign of resiliency and strong business performance,” said Eric Rubino, Energage CEO. “When you give your employees a voice, you come together to navigate challenges and shape your path forward. Top Workplaces draw on real-time insights into what works best for their organization, so they can make informed decisions that have a positive impact on their people and their business.”

“Hankin Group is honored to be recognized for our efforts to create a productive and positive environment. We strive to provide employees with meaningful work, solid benefits, and a sense of community,” said Carolyn Van Fleet, Human Resources Director at Hankin Group.

“Earning this coveted designation as a 2022 Top Workplace signifies us as an organization committed to developing and sustaining a culture that supports, promotes, and values its employees. We are pleased to be recognized for our efforts and would like to thank our employees for their participation in the survey process.”

An official ranking of the Top Workplaces 2022 will be released in August.
