Visitors Flock to Vineyard Tucked Away in Coatesville for Great Wine Amidst Gorgeous Setting

By

People from all over the region who are looking for an ideal place to have a nice wine picnic have been flocking to Stargazers Vineyard in Coatesville, reports Jennaphr Frederick for FOX 29.

Originally founded in 1979, the winery offers a gorgeous setting with great wines, while visitors can bring their own snacks.

“We have open picnic days, and we have food vendor days,” said Jason Kirkpatrick, who co-owns Stargazers Vineyard with Michael Vorauer. “Our schedule of events is on our calendar on our website.”

The events are also not just limited to picnics. Recently, a group of fans of the popular Netflix show Bridgerton organized a themed day at the vineyard. There’s also a concert series on Fridays and happy hours.

Vorauer is the winemaker. Most of the grapes he uses are grown at the vineyard. He’s always happy to talk to guests about the wine offerings.
