Fox Hill Farm, a bucolic, 80-acre estate in Kennett Square that boasts a vineyard and large equestrian facilities, is on the market for $6.875 million. Kennedy Rose reported the listing for the Philadelphia Business Journal.

West Chester-based Archer & Buchanan Architecture built the gorgeous home in 2006. It spans more than 10,000 square feet and has seven bedrooms and five full and four half bathrooms.

The current owners, Michael and Billie Bailkin, replaced the previous house on the property, seeking a custom home for themselves.

Meanwhile, the outdoor space features an indoor riding circle, cross-country course, a 16-stall barn, two-acre pond, pool, and a tennis court. The vineyard annually produces around 2,000 bottles of several varieties, including Gruner Veltliner and Cabernet Franc.

Inside the home is just as impressive, with its wine cellar, movie theater, and stunning gourmet kitchen that can accommodate professional chefs, as well as caterers.

Among the other highlights is a music room with 200-year-old wooden floors that the Bailkins imported from a French chateau. The foyer is also impressive, with Italian marble from a former English manor.
