Downingtown native Greg Thomas is the Senior Director of Men’s Health Marketing and Chief of Staff for the Global Commercial Operations Leadership Team at Endo Pharmaceuticals, which is committed to the delivery of life-enhancing therapies.

Thomas, who began working when he was 15 years old at Taylor’s Music Store in West Chester, earned a bachelor’s degree in Communication Studies from Millersville University.

He credits the former head of Life Sciences Pennsylvania for having the biggest impact on his career.

“Dennis M. ‘Mickey’ Flynn taught me the importance of clear communication; thoughtful organization and follow-up; and strong sustainable relationships,” said Thomas. “I can’t thank him enough for his tough but fair leadership and guidance throughout the course of my career.”

Currently, Thomas works to develop specialty urology products for the treatment of Peyronie’s disease. He has also established a junior management committee (SPARC) that provides opportunities for mentorship and exposure to executive leadership.

“My proudest professional accomplishment was the launch of our direct-to-consumer advertising campaign for XIAFLEX,” he said. “What makes me most proud about this is the fact that we accomplished the development of this entire campaign virtually — showing how strong our trust, collaborative approach, and team culture are.”

His favorite Chester County restaurant is Andiario in West Chester.

Thomas and the rest of the 2022 Class of VISTA Millennial Superstars will be honored at the Awards Reception & Celebration held outdoors on Tuesday, May 10 at Penn State Great Valley. The in-person event will feature food trucks, drinks, touchless registration, a VIP tent, and boundless opportunities to network. It will also be live-streamed.
