Hankin Group – an award-winning development company in Exton that specializes in construction, design, and property management – has promoted Stacy Martin to Vice President of Commercial Sales and Leasing.

Martin was previously director of the commercial department and has been with the company for almost 20 years.

“I’m looking forward to driving our company forward, expanding our portfolio, and helping pave the path for the next generation,” she said.

A licensed professional in the commercial real estate industry for more than 30 years, Martin has earned the prestigious CCIM (Certified Commercial Investment Member) designation. Prior to joining Hankin Group, she worked for several other commercial real estate developers, and her career has allowed her to work with many companies in southeastern Pennsylvania.

Martin and her team had 30 commercial transactions, 40 percent of which were retail and held a 93 percent occupancy rate for 2020 – well above the market rate for the year. Also, Martin helped launch a “Better in the Burbs” marketing campaign that highlights reasons why businesses should consider making a move to the suburbs.

Currently, Martin holds the title of President of the Pennsylvania/New Jersey/Delaware Chapter of CCIM, and earlier this year, she was honored as the Chester County Chamber of Business and Industry’s Female Executive of the Year. Also, she has previously been named a Woman of Distinction by The Philadelphia Business Journal.
