VISTA Millennial Superstar Nomination Deadline Extended to Nov. 27
For the last month, VISTA Today has been accepting nominations for its second class of VISTA Millennial Superstars.
Based upon the flood of nominations we’ve received last week, VISTA Today has decided to extend the deadline to nominate individuals for this honor to Friday, Nov. 27.
The winners will be announced on Monday, Dec. 14, and their profiles will be featured on VISTA Today every day leading up to a celebration lunch at Victory Brewing Company Parkesburg on Feb. 4 from 12-1:30 PM.
“It was a tremendous honor to be selected,” said Basil Joy, a trial attorney with Goldberg, Goldberg & Maloney and a member of the inaugural class of VISTA Millennial Superstars. “Being recognized alongside a group of my peers, each a mover and shaker across various industries, was a truly humbling experience. I’m grateful to have had the opportunity to meet and connect with everyone involved in the program. As an attorney, it’s empowered me to continue using my craft to positively impact the community around me.”
VISTA Today created VISTA Millennial Superstars last year as a way to identify and fete dynamic business and professional leaders, under the age of 40, who are shaping Chester County’s bright future. A millennial superstar breaks down walls, shatters expectations, and does remarkable work in his or her profession or community.
“There are many outstanding young leaders in Chester County and to be recognized as one of them was indescribable,” said VISTA Millennial Superstar Dr. Rebecca Eberly, Principal of Fern Hill Elementary School in the West Chester Area School District. “It has been a great opportunity to learn and grow with other millennial leaders in the area. And, most importantly, my children were so proud of their mommy!”
