The nominations have begun to filter in.

Less than three weeks remain until the deadline – midnight on Nov. 2 – to nominate individuals for the second class of VISTA Millennial Superstars.

Last year, VISTA Today created VISTA Millennial Superstars – an annual initiative sponsored by Wilmington University, Victory Brewing Company, and the Chester County Economic Development Council – to identify and honor Chester County’s most dynamic business and professional leaders, under the age of 40, who are shaping the county’s bright future.

The program culminated with a memorable evening at Saint-Gobain’s breathtaking North American headquarters in Malvern, where 40 of these millennials were feted at a reception attended by more than 350 people.

“There’s such a wealth of great people, great talent, great companies in Chester County,” said Patrick Hayakawa, the Chester County Economic Development Council’s Vice President of Innovation & Emerging Technologies and a member of the inaugural class of VISTA Millennial Superstars. “The names and the accomplishments of the people who were picked makes you go, ‘Wow, I’m pretty lucky!’”

VISTA Today is now on the hunt for its next class of VISTA Millennial Superstars. What exactly is a VISTA Millennial Superstar?

It’s a young professional (under the age of 40) who is breaking down walls, shattering expectations, and doing remarkable work in his or her profession or community. VISTA Millennial Superstars are blazing trails of success throughout Chester County, making it a better place to live.

“VISTA Millennial Superstars are combining their own talents with a healthy dose of determination and persistence to create new opportunities for themselves, their teams, their clients, and their communities,” said Ken Knickerbocker, Publisher of VISTA Today.

The winners will be announced on Monday, Dec. 14, and their profiles will be featured on VISTA Today every day leading up to a celebration lunch at Victory Brewing Company Parkesburg on Feb. 4 from 12-1:30 PM.
