Joel Frank, Lamb McErlane Chairman, Re-Elected to Philadelphia Zoo Board

Lamb McErlane’s Joel Frank has been re-elected to the Board of Directors of the Zoological Society of Philadelphia.

Joel L. Frank, the Chairman and Managing Partner of Lamb McErlane, has been re-elected, for a second three-year term, to the Board of Directors of the Zoological Society of Philadelphia, commonly referred to as the Philadelphia Zoo.

The Philadelphia Zoo, America’s first zoo, is one of the area’s foremost conservation organizations, is home to nearly 1,300 animals, and has more than 1.2 million annual visitors.

At Lamb McErlane, Frank concentrates his practice in commercial and civil litigation in state and federal courts and election law, as well as attorney discipline, judicial discipline, and ethical matters. He is rated “AV Preeminent” by Martindale-Hubbell and has been named a Pennsylvania Super Lawyer for general litigation every year starting in 2005. The annual recognition is obtained by only five percent of Pennsylvania’s attorneys. He provides counseling to a number of corporate clients and often serves as an arbitrator and mediator.

Frank is highly regarded for his service and leadership roles in numerous business, civic, and charitable organizations. He is a Commissioner on the Pennsylvania State Athletic Commission and is on the Board of Directors of Mid-Penn Bank. He serves as a member and immediate past Chair of the National Board of Directors for Alex’s Lemonade Stand Foundation.
